Individual Activity: Schedule a time of Sabbath for this week. Take this time to rest, and do only things that fulfill you and help you acknowledge God’s presence.
Family Activity: Find an activity that works for your Sabbath rest, like playing a board game together. If you have a creative in your family, take time to do an art project together. If you have an athlete in the family, find a park and shoot some hoops. This is a time for you to be together doing the things God has designed you for.
