Eric is the newest addition to our staff, having joined our team in 2024. Previously, he served as the Director of Worship Arts at Christ Church East Bay from 2009-2023, and before that as a Worship Associate and Interim Music Director at churches in Georgia and Alabama. Eric holds a BM in Music Theory and Composition and an MM in Vocal Performance, and has completed Theological Leader Training for ministry ordination.
As our Worship Director, Eric collaborates with staff and volunteers to execute Sunday worship services. In addition to leading worship, he also helps to equip our volunteer worship leaders. He is passionate about cultivating worship environments where people can encounter the presence of God.
Eric has been married to Shea for twenty-five years and they have four children: Emma (23), Audrey (21), Caleb (20), and Eli (16). Outside of work, Eric enjoys arranging and producing music, watching sports – especially college football, lifting weights, woodworking, and trying new food.
