Sarah joined our staff in 2017. Previously, she served as a Youth Pastor at Edgebrook Covenant Church and later as an Associate Pastor and Faith Covenant Church, both in Chicago. She holds a BA in Youth Ministry from North Park University and an MDiv from North Park Theological Seminary, and is ordained in the Evangelical Covenant Church.
Sarah serves as our Youth Pastor and considers her job the best in the world. She loves building relationships with teenagers and walking alongside them as they grow in Christ. She works in collaboration with Rhonda, Heather, and our incredible team of youth ministry volunteers to develop programs for our Middle School and High School students. Sarah is also passionate about teaching the Word of God and regularly preaches in our Sunday Worship services.
Sarah is married to Brad, one of our worship leaders here at FCC, and they have two children. Their preteen is obsessed with sports and their fifth grader is a gymnast determined to be the next Simone Biles. Sarah considers her family her first calling and her greatest blessing.
