Tracy Perrilliat
Director of Care Ministries
Tracy joined the FCC staff in 2023. Previously, she served as an Associate and Worship Pastor at South Bay Community Church, a Minister at Maranatha Christian Center, and an Intern Program Director for CityTeam Ministries. Tracy recently graduated from North Park Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Christian Ministries. Her experience with a wide range of ministries has equipped her to lead Care Ministry for FCC’s diverse congregation.
Tracy oversees all levels of care at First Covenant Church, working with our Deacons and Deaconesses, Stephen Ministers, Prayer Team, and Support Groups. She also oversees our Welcome and Hospitality Ministries for Sunday mornings.
Tracy has two adult children. On the side, she works as a group fitness coach and personal trainer, and dances as a member of the Golden State Warriors Hardwood Classics dance team.
